A majority of the cost of operating the school comes from the Grass Valley SDA church, with a smaller portion from the Penn Valley SDA church.
The support of the Grass Valley SDA church covers a large portion of the expenses associated with running the school, which helps us to keep tuition prices as low as possible.
The average cost of private school in California in 2024 is about $16,000 a year. There are a lot of variables in that, but that is a reasonable average. Due to the support of our local churches and the Northern California Conference, ERCS only charges about 1/3 of that amount.
